I've deployed some updates to the theme directory and ticket
integration. The ticket URL is now included in emails that the system
automatically sends out. For now we still need to send emails to the
theme authors since this is a relatively new development.
New system generated tickets now include a link to view all of the
previous tickets for that theme, making it easier to lookup the
history of the theme.
