[theme-reviewers] New theme upload

Hello
Automatic theme scanning is showing the following error message.
■REQUIRED: Could not find comment-reply in the PHP files. The theme
must enqueue the comment-reply script on pages where there are
comments displayed.

Can anyone tell me what that supposed to mean and how can i get rid of
it? i included comment_reply_link code in php files...i dont know if
that is related to the error at all or not.
