[theme-reviewers] Guidelines regarding Theme Names

 What will happen with a theme which is already in repo if they change
its name? Would it not be accepted as a new theme rather than a new
version? I'm sorry if my question is lame :) but just right now i'm
testing one of most popular themes - "Arras Theme" and (obviously) I
need to advise the author to change the name.
