[theme-reviewers] Question on theme...

Sorry but I've been all over the internet regarding theme use and I can't
find the answer.

I'm wanting to use this theme here (free theme)...

1. Can I modify it for what I need to do with it -Commercially?
2. Do I have to have links to the author or keep that tag line of " © nine
29 Photography Blog. Powered by WordPress <http://wordpress.org/> and Pyrmont
V2 <http://imotta.cn/>" in place?

Thank you so much for the feedback. I want to follow all the rules in place
for the artist or developer but I need to know what I need to do to stay
legal for the clients request as well.
