Fail, not-accepted.

Theme's need to have options that are new and individual to the theme different then another theme of it's type, otherwise it's just a badly made child theme. And child themes are not accepted (at this time)

  Subject: [theme-reviewers] dyeing themes

How do you guys proceed with themes that are based on existing one (TwentyTen most often) and their main distinction from the original is a different color used into layout?
Technically the theme passes all required tests but there is no creativity just dyeing.

Personally I think they make such 'themes' only to put some links in footer :)
