Maybe a 'second opinion' flag on the tickets would be nice, but yeah if you read the comments though that's cool too

  I generally read through all the comments before updating Extend/Themes, for the time being just add as an additional comment after the review notes and resolve as "not accepted". How often do these situations come up? I have seem a few comments in your reviews like this but have not been keeping track.
