[theme-reviewers] Coromandel theme

Thank you for your time, energy and efforts in the contributions you have
made.

I understand you concerns and will mark you theme as "suspended", this will
still allow you to update the theme to current standards but would also "not
have an outdated one available at all on your site" until such time you
hopefully change you mind.
