[wp-hackers] Suggestion to add managingEditor/author in wp-rss2.php

These exists RSS spec managingEditor under channel element and author
under item element. I suggest to add them into wp-rss2.php RSS
generation.

A blog site may have only one blogger or several. The logical may be
like this:

1. Count number of users from wp_users table

2. If count is 1, generates managingEditor only.

3. otherwise, generage ManagingEditor and author.

This idea comes to my mind when I read some RSS sources in Gnus (with
nnrss). I found all authors are named as "nobody". So I checked the RSS
source file and find no author related items generated.

I think this makes sense, especially for multi-blogger sites.
