If a theme does not provide an index.php alongside the stylesheet, the
theme header in the stylesheet needs a "Template:" field which points to
the theme directory containing the index.php required by the stylesheet.
If you are creating your own Kubrick based style called, for example,
Stanley that is installed in wp-content/themes/stanley/style.css,
Stanley's style.css would need a "Template: kubrick" field in the
header.  This assumes the Kubrick theme is installed in wp-
content/themes/kubrick.
