I'm moving things that are common to WP regardless of version.

There are issues that will cross over I'm sure, and while I am happy to 
write about what I know and bring that into the wiki, when it comes down 
to people wanting to do more with the php, or use tags in certain ways 
then I'm at a loss. I cannot write about what I do not know, and the 
wiki will (hopefully) be seen as having definitive answers.

So what that means is that as code becomes accepted into 1.3, we need 
that adding and writing up for users.

You could always register then create pages as subpages of yours until 
you are happy with them ?
