[wp-hackers] Save/edit hooks

I've added some new hooks to post.php that should allow you to tap into 
content before it's saved to the database and before it's displayed in 
the edit forms.

What I'd like to see come of this is filters like Markdown become purely 
admin-side and store just XHTML in the database.
