We already have a number of 'get_the_' functions.  get_the_content(),
get_the_excerpt(), get_the_category(), etc.  Many of the major template
tags already have a 'get_the_' and 'the_' division.  'get_' are helpers
for 'the_' and 'get_the_'.  For the most part, at least.
