It appears renaming your comments.php helps a bit.

I'm pondering a plugin that will randomize the comments.php link on 
every page, and a method of testing wether the comments post actually 
came from a real weblog page (without using the referrer of course, and 
without tell-me-what-this-image-reads hacks).

My own anti-spam plugin (http://weblog.sinteur.com/index.php?p=7967) 
helps a bit, but is not 100% fool-proof.

Anybody care to join me in an attempt to write this random-comment 
thingy?
