[wp-hackers] wp_list_cats

wp_list_cats() was missing the hierarchy that the
category list had, and the guy from unknowngenius
grabbed this code from the admin interface to use as a
plugin. He said it might not work for larger sites,
but it's working for my small (password protected)
site. Thought I would throw it out there - there's a
'todo' in the code at wp_list_cats() anyway.
