[wp-hackers] New plugin: MoreMoose 1.0

[Kitty]

This one was written to help out Nuclearmoose, and extends the 'more'
tag.

Description:

When the <!-- more --> tag is clicked on, to display a full post, the
text that was on the front page is enclosed in its own div, that you can
then style to show your readers what text has already been displayed.

Includes full documentation. (I highly recommend that all plugin authors
check out Doxygen, http://www.doxygen.org, for creating complete docs on
the fly.)
