[wp-hackers] Modifying admin forms via plugins

Keeping plugin settings in a seperate file makes sense to me. It allows 
quick migration of settings between servers.

Of course, the ability eo export and import settings for plugins would 
be handy. If this was implemented then it wouldn't matter where they 
were stored.
