Seeing as though I only know enough PHP to get me by, and most of the
stuff everyone debates about is waaaay over my head, I'd be happy to
volunteer to work on the documentation effort. Who's heading it up?

I agree about the forums--while I love the design, they're not as
intuitive or easy to follow (subscribing to threads, view new posts,
etc, as one of the many phpbb types of software) as MT's forums, for
example.
