I find the rss feed from the wiki useful for monitoring updates to the wiki.

As for the mailing list for support, we already have RSS at the
support forums, it can be improved though to provide a feed for new
topics, instead of the current format, which makes reading it in a
news reader difficult.

The forums software could use some TLC *hint, hint* ;)
