[wp-hackers] Plugin installation

I had a thought that it might be nice if you could upload plugin zip 
files in the control panel, which wp would then unzip in the correct dir 
and ask you if you wanted to activate it.

What do you think?

I could even make a quick little applet that would allow people to just 
drag it onto a little drop target on the author page, and then it would 
happen automatically. Even though having applets in the core is probably 
never going to happen, the thought is fun :)
