[wp-hackers] relative URL for login

Hear hear, Alex. I've been hacking WP all summer to add/change some
functionality, and I'm running it on my laptop using EasyPHP. When I
finally uploaded it to a server, it took me the longest time to
realize it was a MySQL entry that was making me login to my local
install, not a cookie that I couldn't seem to clear.
