[wp-hackers] When is 1.3 going public?

Well, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, I think one thing does
need to be mentioned though, and that is to check the archives and
forums before asking questions on the hackers list. If I remember
correctly, in the last 1-2 months this question has come up at least
2-3 times on this list. Just a reminder.
