[wp-hackers] Exporting blogroll to OPML

I had some spare time, so I added support for "better" URL's.
It's a hack in the sense that a hyphen (dash, '-') in the URL's
is just turned into a wildcard ('%') for the SQL query, so I'm
sure it is possible to get mismatches.

Any non-word characters in the category name are just turned into
hyphens when producing a URL for the category.
