[bbDev] hooks

exactly.. for example bb_get_title and get_user_title.. prefix bb_ is
missing in the second one..

also one thing that i noticed was sort heat map hook.. it is currently a
action by ref.. it could be a filter too.. any specific reason we used
action by ref?
