I was adding tags in Japanese in the latest trunk. I was able to manage them
(add, delete), but Firefox was unable to show the tag page (I got "Firefox
has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in
a way that will never complete"). I tried with Arabic characters, and
neither Firefox nor Internet Explorer could show the tag page (the query was
empty or I got those funky "question" black sign)

User registration,


Just an _enhancement_: a normal user shouldn't see the Admin link, even if
it's impossible to enter

If times display correctly (you can now set gmt_offset to whatever
