[bbDev] bbPress 0.8 Release Candidate

Available on SVN trunk now is the second release candidate for  
bbPress 0.8 (the first didn't last long :) ).

I'd really appreciate testing, particularly:

Themes
Forum creation, modification, deletion.
Tag creation (particularly non-latin characters)
User registration,
If times display correctly (you can now set gmt_offset to whatever  
you want - not just the server time)
