[bbDev] integrating with wordpress

Note that that does not integrate user meta tables (though that's not
necessarily a bad thing). So you'll probably want to get in the habit
of running regular maintanence on new users -- giving them valid
permissions for both WP and BB. Or you could write your own
registration script that gives permissions automatically.
