 I'd love to get thoughts from Gutenberg folks on this so that we can come
 up with a solution within the Image block that doesn't require each and
 every theme to hook into `wp_img_tag_add_width_and_height_attr`. Perhaps
 @Mamaduka or @gziolo have some thoughts? (Apologies for the random ping)
