 In the Twenty Twenty-Three Theme, when a Pullquote block is added on the
 editor side and the font size of the block is modified, it results in
 extra spaces being displayed around the "Add quote" and "Add citation"
 texts.

 Steps to replicate:
 1: Activate the Twenty Twenty-Three Theme
 2: Add Pullquote block
 3: Enter some Text for "Add quote"
 4: Enter some Text for "Add citation"
 5: Change Font Size
 6: Save Page/Post
 7: View the page/post at the editor side and front side
