 Hello @raabsalom and welcome to WordPress Trac!

 I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with a shortcode. Although, from
 what you describe, it seems this is an issue with a plugin. Please note
 that Core Trac is used for bug reports and enhancements for the WordPress
 core software, not individual support issues or questions.

 The dedicated WordPress support forums are monitored by a limited number
 of volunteers trying to address several hundreds of requests. If you still
 require support for a stagnant support forum post, I would reply to the
 thread again and describe that you still need further help. Doing so may
 get more attention to an old thread.

 Having said that, I'll reply to one or both of those threads to maybe
 provide some additional help.

 I am going to close this ticket though as it is not relevant to WordPress
 development.
