 I ran a few tests on my multisite.

 **Success Test**
 I created a new folder based sub-site using my superuser email for the
 field "Admin Email" in the "Add New Site" screen. This worked as expected.
 The site appears in both the "My Sites dropdown" and in the "My Sites"
 page.

 **Failure Test**
 I created a new folder based sub-site using a generic but working email
 (fake example: webmaster at school.edu) for the field "Admin Email" in the
 "Add New Site" screen. This failed. The site does NOT appear in either the
 "My Sites dropdown" or in the "My Sites" page.
