 Currently a Codespace for the project doesn't work, the local site is not
 accessible. This appears due to either some changes with Codespaces or
 with the Dev Containers specs/implementation. Additionally, the current
 setup is very slow to startup. It would be better to use a prebuilt image
 that has all of the tools in the main `app` service for running the
 development tools. Some additional improvements can be made in relation so
 items mentioned in ticket #57896 however this is not a duplicate ticket.

 I have a working version of this setup, along with a new multi-platform
 prebuilt image, that I can use to fix this in WP Core.
