 So I have finally this week completed the creation of a multi-platform
 Docker image that is a prebuilt image from the Dev Container that I setup.
 This image includes all of the necessary tools for local plugin and theme
 development and allows for the Dev Container to be quickly spun up. I will
 get a pull request opened that will incorporate my custom images and the
 fixes so that the wordpress-develop Dev Container will work again.
