 I recently upgraded my WordPress installation to version 6.3 and
 encountered a challenge when attempting to preview the Block theme Twenty
 Twenty-Three. The error message I received is as follows:

 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function
 wp_get_current_user() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/theme-review/wp-
 includes/capabilities.php:877 Stack trace: #0 /Applications/MAMP/htdocs

 Interestingly, I performed tests on alternative setups and attempted to
 preview different Classic Themes, where everything worked as expected, But
 no luck for the Block Themes. I was wondering if any fellow users have
 come across a similar issue and if there are any insights or solutions
 available.
