Comment:

 The goal of a Privacy policy, or privacy statement, is to inform people
 about which personal data is being processed for a certain goal. It is
 legally not necessary to consent to the privacy statement as a whole.
 Under GDPR, if you ask for consent, it should be for a very specific
 purpose and also given freely. Forcing visitors that want to register to
 consent to everything you have mentioned in your privacy statement would
 be considered a bad practice.
 You could however use a checkbox upon registration for something like a
 Terms and Conditions document, but that's a different topic.
