Comment:

 It's been a few weeks, and there's nothing new here, so I'm closing this
 for now.

 Unfortunately the most appropriate close reason is `wontfix`, this is just
 a trac workflow thing, and if something comes up in the future that
 warrants further investigation here, that is of course not a problem.
