 @pento thank you for not only being receptive to feedback but acting on it
 so quickly! After discussing in the hosting meeting there is some
 additional feedback on the new `try_gutenberg_after_install_button`
 action.

 Having "Learn more about Gutenberg" immediately followed by "Learn more
 about Gutenberg on <host>" is a bit confusing. Rather than an action, it
 would be much preferred that the entire link (the output of the `printf`)
 be filterable instead.

 This would allow us to change "Learn more about Gutenberg" immediately to
 "Learn more about Gutenberg on <host>" and link to our own page. Such a
 page could explain Gutenberg, link to https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/,
 describe the proper way to test Gutenberg on the host (e.g. a staging
 environment), have additional resources (blog posts, webinars, etc). and
 so on.

 This would allow us to keep the integrity of the existing Try Gutenberg
 panel while adding a slight modification to direct users to the resource
 most relevant for them to learn more.
