 Also, regardless of the outcome of this ticket, we need the documentation
 on what a specific post format ''means'' in terms of front-end
 implementation to be less ambiguous so as to avoid significant behavioral
 changes between themes. The current definitions in Codex are too vague to
 produce consistent output across themes. This is out of scope for this
 ticket, but worth mentioning if any new work is done on the feature.
