 Details should be next to or instead of view plugin site. I think a lot of
 plugins (even Hello Dolly) use the repo listing for the plugin site, maybe
 replace it if it's a wp.org URL since the details modal duplicates that
 information?

 Double-link on updates seems fine to me, since the "version x details"
 link takes you right to the changelog.
