 > What happens when you add new media via media-new.php? Upload and then
 punt over to editing it immediately? Something else?

 Wait for the media revamp a bit.

 somewhere? It is on the list table, so it's not lost.

 It will be even less relevant in 3.5 than it is now, so I'm thinking
 that's fine.

 Would be nice, but I'm not sure if it's wise to attempt in 3.5.
