 Ok, that's a good example :-) (Although I don't use the Windows Recycle
 Bin :-) )

 But I don't know, if we can compare filenames with permalinks as those
 generally have a larger impact on others (i.e. search results, dead links,
 ...)
 If I rename a file on my hard drive, nobody will notice or be bothered...

 And as we have a manual way to change slugs, I believe that should be
 enough. I don't know if too many people would ever be noticing this
 behavior.
