 Single topic mobile view (at 360px or less) has a few issues:

 * Admin links cover the last line of reply content. If there's a link in
 that line, it cannot be clicked without accidentally clicking one of the
 admin links instead.
 * Reply form overlaps with the bottom pagination links and does not use
 all the available width.
 * Extra whitespace before reply content leads to more scrolling.
