at least 1 link to the Codex instead of the code reference

 In the manually curated part of the code reference entry for
 [[https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_insert_post/|wp_insert_post()]],
 the link to `wp_set_post_terms()` goes to the Codex entry for that
 function instead of the
 [[https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_set_post_terms/|code
 reference entry]] for it.

 There are a couple of other links to the Codex in there was well (e.g.,
 `Post Status Transitions`, `page_template`) but I'm not sure whether any
 of those have equivalent entries in DevHub or HelpHub.
