 Hi,

 Issue: Blank "Owner" tab should not show, it should be remove or User's
 name should show.

 Step:
 1. Login to your profile
 2. Navigate to My tickets "https://core.trac.wordpress.org/my-tickets" and
 verify that tickets are display.
