php_flag eaccelerator.enable 0
php_flag eaccelerator.optimizer 0
in a .htaccess should turn it off.
Have you tried creating a simple $_POST form outside of WP? Odds are it
would generate the same 403 error outside of WP if eAccelerator / server
config issues? At least you can discount WP then.
