[wp-hackers] Are depreciated items ever removed from core

When you say they need to have wp-content access... do they have SSH/FTP 
access? Or just 'We can upload plugins and themes and images'?

An mu-plugin can't be turned off, and IIRC it can't be edited by the 
in-admin editor.
