[wp-hackers] Separation of Spam Moderating and Comment Editing rights

Just an idea here, nothing too well formed, but would it be possible
to separate the rights for (un)marking a comment as spam and editing
the comment itself?

I'm thinking of giving contributers on WordPress permission to view
spam comments and despamify them or else send spam comments to the
spam queue, BUT not be able to edit or delete the contents of the
comments themselves.

Obviously it is very easy for humans to tell the difference between
ham and spam, while it gives even the best of algorithms a tough time
(even with Akismet, Bad Behavior, Spam Karma 2, and some other stuff
running). So I'm just thinking people could give this right to "spam
hunters" who could do this, but keeping full veto power with the
administrator and perserving the integrity of the comments by not
giving them permission to edit or delete comments they might find
offensive.
