It's not a bad idea, but it can only help, not cure the problem.
Virtually every Mailman mailing list includes a URL to the
subscribe/unsubscribe page _on every single post_. Many explicitly
state to go to that URL to get off the given mailing list. Yet there
never seems to be any shortage of people posting back to those lists
"Please unsubscribe me". People have a tendency to not pay attention,
no matter how much effort is put into making it easy for them. So you
do these things anyway, but you're still going to have a certain number
of people who post to the list instead of going to Trac, even if you had
the URL tattooed on the back of their hands.
