[wp-forums] "official" policy should be made

There's never been a problem with users posting with questions offering to
pay for the service.  Generally, they are asked to leave a contact, and
directed to the wp-pro list.  It is discouraged to allow negotiations or
offers to be made in the thread itself.

The pro list, as I know it, is just another venue for users to ask for paid
help.  There might be 2 posts a month to that list.  Suggesting that people
who offer services post to wp-pro, is, as I've already used the analogy,
like Burger Advertising to McDonalds.

So the question still remains, is there going to be zero tolerance for
selling goods/services in the forum, and where is that line drawn?
