[wp-forums] Services forum

I have problems with such a *support* forum as laid out, but I won't
bother hitting on the points so far (unless I need to!).

However, if something like this was put to use like the wp-pro mailing
list is--for solicitation of services as opposed to ad nags--I wouldn't
see that as bad. And considering the few who actually avail themselves
of that list, it would hardly represent a redundancy. A "seeking pro
services" forum would certainly gate in the increasing requests of this
sort adding to the forum noise.
