[theme-reviewers] Abandoned/Changed Theme Name, Requesting Transfer

Otto,

Thanks for the info regarding the other themes named Journal. Knowing 
that, if it is possible to get the name "Journal" for our theme on 
WordPress.org, we'd still like to have it.
